Saturday, October 6th

5:00 a.m.                               Safety Hazard                                  Coursey Road

A vehicle on campus was driving in an erratic manner and almost struck a Campus Safety patrol vehicle. The driver was identified as a student.

 

3:39 p.m.                               Personal Injury                                Cope Field

A student athlete was transported to urgent care by athletic staff for a laceration on his left hand. He suffered the injury during a Cricket match.

 

Sunday, October 7th

1:42 a.m.                               Alcohol Related Illness                  Carter Road

Blue Bus driver reported an intoxicated student at the Stokes Bus stop. The individual was identified as a Bryn Mawr College student. The student was transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital. BMC Campus Safety was advised.

 

1:51 a.m.                                Alcohol Related Illness                 Gummere Hall

Caller reported an unresponsive student in a bathroom at Gummere Hall. The student was found to be alert and responsive to questions. Student was permitted to stay on campus and be watched over by his UCA. Graduate Assistant notified by voicemail.

 

Monday, October 8th

5:11 p.m.                                Property Damage 804                   Ardmore Ave

A student reported that someone damaged his bicycle while it was parked outside of 804 Ardmore Ave. Officer responded for a report.

 

Tuesday, October 9th

11:28 a.m.                              Suspicious Person                          INSC

A student reported admitting an unknown person into the INSC. Campus Safety located a person fitting the description and identified him as a faculty member who had forgotten his ID card.

 

Wednesday, October 10th

11:23 a.m.                               Vandalism                                        Founders Hall

A report was received that someone had ripped the women’s restroom sign from the wall in Founders Basement.

 

9:17 p.m.                                 Personal Injury                             Lloyd Hall

A student at Lloyd Hall requested to be transported to Bryn Mawr hospital for an injury he received to his foot after falling from his bike. Student transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital by Campus Safety.

 

10:30 p.m.                              Personal Illness                            800 Ardmore Ave.

A student was transported from 800 Ardmore Ave to Bryn Mawr Hospital by ambulance due to a medical condition.

 

Thursday, October 11th

4:32 p.m.                                Fraud                                                Hannum Drive

A student reported that she may have been a victim of an attempt to scam her out of money. The actors used a fraudulent check and were harassing her via email. Haverford Township Police are investigating.

 

11:00 p.m.                              Bicycle Theft                                  Carter Road

A student reported a bicycle stolen from a bike rack on Carter Road. No police report at this time.
