Officers responded to the Pembroke Dance Studio on the report of excessive noise from this location. The dance studio was unoccupied upon the officers’ arrival.

A Campus Safety Officer responded to a college residence hall to check the well- being of a student.
Contact was made with the student.

Fire Alarm/Smoke Detect. Batten House
Officers responded to Batten House on the report of a fire alarm activation. Investigation determined the alarm was caused by burnt food in the kitchen. The area was ventilated and the alarm panel reset.

While operating a Campus Safety vehicle, a Campus Safety Officer backed into a fixed object. No injuries, minor damage to vehicle.

Suspicious Odor Merion Hall
Officers responded to Merion Hall on the report of an odor of cigarette smoke. Officers report they were unable to detect any odor.

Suspicious Circumstance Merion Hall
Officers responded to the exterior of Merion Hall on the report of unknown individuals knocking on exterior doors. The area was checked with negative results.

Suspicious Circumstance Erdman Hall
Officers responded to Erdman Hall on the report of an unknown male in the residence hall. Investigation determined that a taxi driver was involved in a verbal dispute with a resident student and her guest involving taxi fare owed. All parties reached an agreement on the amount of money owed, the bill was paid and the driver left the area.
