Friday, April 1st
11:04 a.m. Power Failure Campus Wide
A brief campus-wide power failure was experienced. Notifications were made to the appropriate departments.
12:05 p.m. Personal Illness GIAC
A student was transported to Lankenau Hospital by ambulance after experiencing a medical issue in the Fitness Center.
3:45 p.m. Unauthorized Use GIAC
Two individuals not associated with the college were in the GIAC lobby waiting for the area to open. They were advised the area was closed. They then left the area.
5:05 p.m. Unauthorized Use Duck Pond
Two individuals were found fishing at the back end of the Duck Pond. They were advised fishing was prohibited and left upon request.
Saturday, April 2nd
1:42 a.m. Alcohol Related Illness Leeds Hall
A report was received of a Bryn Mawr student who was sick from consuming to much alcohol in Leeds. The student was taken to Bryn Mawr Hospital ER by ambulance. Bryn Mawr Campus Safety was notified.
10:12 a.m. Personal Illness Dining Center
A student found outside of Dining Center was transported by ambulance to Bryn Mawr Hospital. The student complained of feeling light-headed. Dean on call notified.
2:43 p.m. Personal Injury Tennis Courts
A visitor watching the tennis game was bitten by a small dog. The visitor requested antibiotic ointment, which was provided to him by Campus Safety.
10:44 p.m. Vandalism Walton Road
Campus Safety officers found that a road sign had been removed from a post outside of Drinker. The road sign was located nearby and taken to Campus Safety.
Sunday, April 3rd
4:30 p.m. Personal Illness 30 Hannum Drive
A student inquired about transportation to the hospital for someone who was ill. The student was told that Campus Safety could provide a transport but would also evaluate the student. Student was transported by friends to the hospital for treatment, disregarding Campus Safety upon their arrival. No information was provided to Campus Safety. Email sent to Health Services and the Dean on call.
6:07 p.m. Property Damage James House
The window on the front door to James House was found cracked. It is not known when the damage occurred. Two events were held at James House over the weekend.
Tuesday, April 5th
5:37 p.m. Personal Illness Walton Field
The athletic trainer at the track called the office to request an ambulance for a student. A call was placed to 911 and an ambulance was sent to the track. Campus Safety officers were also dispatched to the scene to assist. The student was taken to Bryn Mawr Hospital. Dean on-call and Health Services were notified.
Thursday, April 7th
12:17 a.m. Suspicious Person Morris Infirmary
An unidentified female came to the Morris Infirmary requesting medication. She refused to leave premises. Haverford Police were contacted and responded. Subject left campus without incident.
