Friday, February 20th

3:50 p.m. Towed Vehicle HCA Commercial Lot

A disabled vehicle blocking entrance to Commercial Lot was towed by Tommy’s Main Line Towing because the ambulance could not get out of the parking lot.  Owner (a student) had called another company but it was going to take too long.

  

Saturday, February 21st

2:03 p.m. Fire Alarm 6 College Circle

An alarm activation at 6 College Circle was caused by frozen pipes. Facilities and the Safety Coordinator were notified.

4:56 p.m. Fire Alarm Barclay Hall

An alarm activation at Barclay Hall was caused by a frozen sprinkler head in the basement. Water was flowing; system was shut down by arriving officers. Facilities and the Safety Coordinator were notified. Repairs were made to the sprinkler system by 1950 hrs. 

11:14 p.m. Noise Complaint Kim Hall

A complaint was received of loud music coming from 2nd floor of Kim Hall. Party was ended by Campus Safety and music was turned off.

  

Sunday, February 22nd

12:54 a.m. Alcohol Illness Barclay Hall

A student reported that another student was sick in a bathroom of Barclay Hall. The student was taken to Bryn Mawr Hospital by ambulance. The Graduate Assistant and Nurse on Call were notified.

 1:58 a.m. Vandalism Lunt Hall

A pull station and smoke detector on the 2nd floor of Lunt Hall had been found to be tampered with. The alarm could not be reset.

 

Monday, February 23rd

8:22 a.m. Personal Injury Fieldhouse

A Bryn Mawr College staff member fell near the Fieldhouse. She was transported to Bryn Mawr Hospital by ambulance.

9:32 a.m. Suspicious Activity Campus Center

A staff member believes that someone has been smoking marijuana near the loading dock of the campus center. Later in the day, students were observed in the area the loading dock.  An officer spoke to them and advised them of the complaint. 

8:47 p.m. Suspicious Person Campus Center

A report was received of a male who had been walking in and out the Coop, as if he was “casing” the area.  The individual was stopped by officers and identified as the father of a student.

  

Wednesday, February 25th

11:53 a.m. Vandalism Stokes Hall

Unknown person(s) bent a spigot and removed two toilet paper dispensers in the first floor lobby area men’s room.  It is unknown when the vandalism occurred.

  

Thursday, February 26th

8:57 p.m. Property Damage Walton Road

A student reported damage to her unattended vehicle which was parked in the parking stall near Walton Field.  Damage occurred within the last two days.
